9、 Installation and debugging, technical services, and after-sales service

3. The supplier is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment at the purchaser's site, and the purchaser cooperates and provides the necessary lifting equipment, power supply, and necessary conditions for installation.
4. During the installation and debugging process of the equipment by the demand party, the supplier shall provide free training and technical consulting services to the relevant technical personnel of the demand party.
5. After installation and debugging are completed, both parties shall jointly inspect and accept according to the technical agreement and relevant technical attachments signed by both parties.
6. The supplier's products are subject to the "three guarantees" from the date of sale, and the quality warranty period is one year after passing the acceptance inspection. During the warranty period, if the parts are damaged due to reasons not caused by the user, they will be replaced (vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty). After the expiration of the warranty period, a lifetime warranty will be implemented and a production fee will be charged.
7. The supplier provides on-site service to the demander. After receiving the quality report from the customer, a response will be given within 2 hours and on-site repairs will be carried out within 48 hours.
